Einkorn

Like Emmer, Einkorn is named after a heritage grain still grown here in Suffolk.

Einkorn is one of Husk’s two converted grain silos. The original corrugated exteriors remain untouched - the dimensions were too perfect to tamper with! The original hatch is in working order and the grain shoot in the top of the roof is now a skylight. Expect modern luxury with a king sized bed, organic tea & coffee making facilities, crocs and robes for the natural swimming pool, and a rainforest shower in your en suite bathroom. Einkorn has a private deck with a two person Swedish wood-fired bath for some Scandi luxury. Midnight blue Linwood curtains, Mungo towels and stripy cushions add contrasting blues to the warm, hay coloured interior.
